The word of the Lord came to Pastor Frances saying, “prophesy to the heathen, call them into My Kingdom”.  God then gave her the scripture Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing?  The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against  the Lord and against His anointed,…  “I will declare the decree: the Lord has said to Me,…  - Psalm 2:1-2, 7a 

In a prophetic dream God spoke to Pastor Frances and said that I have called you to be an ambassador to the nations.  “Ask of me and I will give you the nations for Your inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession.”  - Psalm 2:8

 

 

 

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ…
