They felt the call of God to relocate from Milwaukee to Tulsa two years before moving there in 1992. In Tulsa they served faithfully submitting to the leadership and vision of Higher Dimensions Family Church pastored by Bishop Carlton D. Pearson. Higher Dimensions is a place where God trained and equipped them. He rooted and grounded them in His word in order to fulfill their God ordained purpose effectively. God visited Pastor Bobby in an open eye vision during a Wednesday Night Service in 1994. In the vision God showed him that He and Pastor Frances were to return to the city of Milwaukee, and raise up a multi-cultural, world wide mega ministry. Mighty men and women of God would come into this church to help feed the flock. The set time came for them to birth forth the vision God implanted in them and return to Milwaukee, after living in Tulsa, Oklahoma for five years. Before returning to Milwaukee, Bishop Carlton Pearson laid hands on them and sent them out to plant and cultivate the work God had commissioned them to accomplish. Pastors Bobby and Frances are under the covering of Faith Ministries Alliance founded by Dr. Bill S. Winston pastor of Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois. Higher Dimensions Family Church International, The City of Destiny, is a growing multi-cultural, non-denominational Christ centered ministry with an apostolic and prophetic anointing in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Our Purpose Higher Dimensions Family Church International, The City of Destiny, our purpose is to empower the Body of Christ with the Word of God, helping them reach their God-given potential and equipping them for His service. Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no revelation the people cast off restraint. Habakkuk 2:2-3 Write the vision and make it plain on tables, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Thought it tarries, wait for it, because it will surely come. It will not tarry.
Our Mission A passion to go into all the world and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to every creation.
Statement of Faith · We believe there is but one true God, infinite in glory, wisdom, holiness, power, justice, and love. He is One and exists in three persons as God the Father, God and Son and God the Holy Spirit. · We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; that He is the only begotten Son of God and the only sacrifice for sin. He was crucified, died, was buried, and on the third day arose from the dead. He ascended on high, took His seat at the right hand of God the Father until His enemies became His footstool. · We believe that the Holy spirit is the third person of the Godhead and is equal with Father and Son. WE also believe in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. · We believe in the Divine inspiration of the Bible; that all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness. · We believe in tithing and bringing offerings in to the local church. We also believe in giving alms and caring for the poor, sick homeless, and otherwise unfortunate. · We believe in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the name of Jesus and the authority in that name.
